How to submit a deletion request

Send your request to Wassel support on WhatsApp or email. We may ask for additional details to verify account ownership before processing the request.

Information to include

  • Your full name
  • Your registered phone number and email address
  • Your customer code, if available
  • Whether you want to delete the full account or specific data only

Processing timeline

After we verify ownership, Wassel normally processes deletion requests within 7 to 30 days, depending on the scope of the request and any legal review needed.

Retention exceptions

Some records may be retained when required by law, customs, accounting, fraud prevention, or dispute-resolution obligations, even after account access is removed.
