This page is for the Wassel Customer App (Wassel / وصل). You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

How to request deletion (WhatsApp)
Send a WhatsApp message to +218916665574 using this link:WhatsApp.
Please include the following information:
- Full name
- Registered phone number (or email if used)
- Customer code (WLxxxxx if applicable)
- Request type: “Delete account” (or “Delete specific data”)
We process deletion within 7–30 days after verifying ownership.
Legal/financial retention: If required by law or accounting obligations, certain records (invoices or transaction logs) may be retained while account access is removed.
كيفية طلب الحذف (واتساب)
يرجى إرسال رسالة واتساب على الرقم +218916665574 عبر الرابط:واتساب.
يرجى إرسال المعلومات التالية:
- الاسم الكامل
- رقم الهاتف المسجل (أو البريد الإلكتروني)
- كود العميل (WLxxxxx إن وجد)
- نوع الطلب: “حذف الحساب” (أو “حذف بيانات محددة”)
سيتم تنفيذ الطلب خلال 7–30 يومًا بعد التحقق من الملكية.
الاحتفاظ القانوني/المالي: قد نحتفظ ببعض السجلات مثل الفواتير أو سجلات المعاملات إذا تطلبت القوانين ذلك، مع إزالة صلاحية الوصول إلى الحساب.
